Start a Lattice Business trial

Lattice Business trials are arranged with our team. Sending a request does not create an organization, activate accounts, or commit you to a purchase.

1. Check whether the current trial fits

You can evaluate Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Files, Chat, meetings, and administration. Availability depends on the accounts and licences arranged for your trial.

Custom mail domains, external identity-provider single sign-on, and shared mailboxes are not available yet. Meetings support up to four people. Personal accounts and business workspaces are separate; creating a free personal account does not create a business organization.

2. Request a trial

Open the business trial form. Tell us your organization, work email, approximate number of people, and the workflow you want to evaluate. Leave passwords and confidential business content out of the request.

The form shows a receipt after saving your request. We review requests individually and contact you about fit, scope, timing, and any costs before you proceed. No card is collected by the request form, and a request is not a guarantee of access.

3. Agree on the setup

We coordinate organization setup and the first administrator with you. There is no public self-service organization-creation flow. Confirm your sign-in address, the business app URL, the accounts and licences included, and who will administer the trial. Do not change your production mail records for a trial unless a separate setup plan calls for it.

4. Complete one real workflow

Start with a small group and non-sensitive sample content. Have each person sign in, create or upload one file, share it with a colleague, and reopen it together. Add a mailbox only when Mail is part of the agreed trial.

5. Review before expanding

Confirm that permissions, mailbox access, and your chosen workflow work for the trial group. Send feedback through the app’s Help and guides or Send feedback links. We will discuss the next step with you; your trial request does not automatically start a paid subscription.
