Pricing: free, and what paying adds.

Lattice Personal starts free. You can upgrade from inside your account whenever you need more room.

How billing works

The price, what the plan includes and the billing period are shown to you before you pay, and you are charged only after you choose a paid plan and confirm it. Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc., which acts as the seller of record for payments, collects and remits any sales tax or similar tax that applies, and sends you the receipt. The price shown before you pay does not include tax; any tax is added and shown at checkout before you confirm. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Renewal and reminders

A paid plan renews automatically for another period of the same length at the then-current price until you cancel. We will remind you by email before it renews: at least 24 hours before a monthly plan renews and at least 14 days before an annual plan renews. The reminder states the price and how to cancel.

If we change the price of a paid plan, we will tell you before your next renewal, and the change applies only if you let it renew.

Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time in the same place you started it, or by writing to support@latticesuite.io. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling a paid plan does not close your free account.

Refunds

• First purchase. If you buy a paid plan and change your mind, write to support@latticesuite.io within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund it in full.
• Renewals. If a plan renews and you did not want it to, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that renewal in full, as long as you have not used the extra features it paid for beyond what the free plan includes.
• Otherwise. We do not refund part of a period that has already started, for example when you cancel halfway through a month, except where the law gives you a right to one or where we end your paid plan without a reason that is your fault, in which case we refund the unused part.
• How. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 10 business days.

Questions

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. A free account has no card on file and no time limit. Paid plans are optional.

Why is there an introductory offer?

Lattice is new, and the introductory prices are for people who join early. They are available through January 20, 2027. Plans renew at the then-current price, and we tell you before any price change takes effect.

Who can buy a plan?

Lattice Personal is open to people 18 and over in most countries. The Terms of Service list the few places we cannot serve.

Do you sell my data or show ads to pay for the free plan?
