Business trial request privacy
The business trial form is for asking our team about access. It does not create a Lattice account, purchase a subscription, or add you to a marketing mailing list.
What the request record contains
We save the name, work email, organization, team-size range, and brief goal that you enter, together with your contact permission, the submission time, a random reference, and the request’s review status. Please leave out passwords, documents, private message content, and other confidential information.
The saved request is private. It is stored encrypted in our existing first-party infrastructure and is available to the team reviewing business trials. The receipt page does not show your contact details, and its reference does not grant access to the stored request.
Why we use it and how long we keep it
We use the details to assess the request, arrange setup, and contact you about the trial. Live request records expire after 30 days. Changing a review status does not extend that expiry. Copies in backups expire under the existing backup retention process.
The form uses a short-lived, host-only anti-abuse cookie lasting up to 30 minutes. It binds the form to the browser that opened it. We keep short-lived rate-limit records to limit automated submissions; these are not a cross-site advertising identifier. Existing security and access-log policies still apply.
What we measure
We count saved trial requests and anonymous requests for the trial-form link. Public growth reports use aggregate counts. We do not put your name, email, goal, or request reference into a metric or a public report, and we do not try to identify anonymous website visitors by matching them to account activity.
Contact us about your request
Email privacy@latticesuite.io to ask about access, correction, or deletion of the request details. Contact sales@latticesuite.io for trial coordination. We may need to verify that a request concerns you before changing its data.
Return to trial information. The general privacy notice describes the rest of the service.
